After acceptance we will then schedule your project in and provide you with the anticipated start date as well as discuss the logistics of the project with you. This includes items such as garbage bin placement and our staging area etc. The roofing process itself will be loud, you will hear lots of noise in the house as we get the old shingles ripped off and the new ones nailed on. We will do a general clean up at the end of each work day followed by a final clean up at the end of the project, this will include a magnet sweep of your yard to remove nails and metal bits that may have fallen during the tear off part of the job.

How long does it take to re-roof my house?

This varies depending on the size, complexity and the slope of the roof, but in most cases it will take 2-4 days.

Can I still use my yard while the re-roof is happening? 

Due to safety concerns, we cannot have people directly below our work area. If you need to be outside of your home, our crews will communicate where they are and you can certainly use the areas that aren’t below the work area.

Does my roof qualify for any grants or rebates? 

Our estimators always try to stay knowledgeable current rebates from our government and we will definitely let you know if you qualify and help you through the process.
