Beyond Roofing’s commitment to excellence and concern for each job and each customer is the drive behind our leak repair and roof maintenance. A division of Beyond Group of Companies, Beyond Roofing is a trusted name in the roof industry for leak repair, regular maintenance and re-roofing. Our maintenance and service team are here to assist you.

Emergency Leak Repair

At Beyond Roofing, we recognize that unexpected flat and low slope roof leaks can lead to building damage, business down time and possible damage to expensive equipment or costly materials and supplies. Our roof repair team is ready to address your leak. Often a roof leak will be found at a penetration or through flashing. But sometimes leaks will also occur through areas in the roof membrane or around seams. Our team is equipped to address the leak regardless of the roof system type or membrane.

Service Work

Roof Service work is often a sign of growing businesses. With new equipment comes the need for new vent stacks and relocation or termination of roof penetrations and equipment. Whether you are looking to install new HVAC equipment, add a curb or stack, or adding a cricket to move water, Beyond Roofing can handle the job. We’re ready to help you.

Maintenance Plans

What is the benefit of a yearly roof maintenance program? The old expression “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” is definitely true for commercial roofs. Yearly or bi-yearly roof walks by a qualified roof maintenance professional can save tens of thousands of dollars in repairs or increased expense when a re-roof is done. Inspection and reporting of membrane condition and life span, collars and fasteners, gum cups, drains, and flashings are just a few items on a typical roof maintenance inspection.

FAQ

Can you fix a leak in the rain?

In most cases we can get a temporary repair to hold, we will however have to return to do a proper patch. On some roofs, such as steep sloped metal or shingles we cannot do repairs in the rain, as it is unsafe for our workers to be on a roof in wet conditions.

Can equipment be added to my roof in the winter?

Yes. Roof maintenance and equipment upgrades can be added in the winter but are weather dependent. A good roofing company will try to schedule the job for the best possible weather within the time frame to save money for the customer.

How do I repair my flat roof myself?

To repair the leak, the first challenge will be to find where the leak is getting into the system. Seam tapes, caulking, and mastic are widely used in roof repair. Some chemicals however can degrade specific roof membranes and create larger issues.

What kind of warranty will I get with the repair?

Repair warranties will depend on the type and condition of the existing roof, as well as the repair option chosen. Your estimator will discuss any available warranty options with you.

How long do repairs last?

Generally speaking, repairs can last anywhere from 2 years to 10 years. This varies due to roof type, condition of the roof and the repair option chosen.

What is the easiest roof system to repair?

An SPFRS (Sprayed Polyurethane Foam Roof System) can be the easiest system to repair if caught early. Metal Roofs are often difficult to spot needed repairs due to the number of fasteners. EPDM roofs can be challenging to repair if they are rock ballasted.

Our Process

To get the process started simply reach out to us and we will have an estimator contact you to get details regarding your project and schedule a roof visit if required.

Once the scope of the project is determined, we will then provide you with an estimate for the repair. Upon approval, we will schedule the project with you. Please keep in mind that weather can affect the scheduling. And in situations where the roof must be cut open to allow for curb or vent installs, we will need the locations provided. We always ensure the most appropriate materials to make the repairs are used based on the existing roof type and the current weather situation.

If the reason you are contacting us is for a leak repair that is an emergency, please promptly let us know and we will send a crew out as soon as possible.
